Undergloves for general protection Heat and against arcing faults

Category: Personal Protective Equipment|Item no: 620-1

The Art.No.620-1 are ultra-lightweight undergloves made of Nomex® and Kevlar® fabric that protect against both general heat and arc flash. They can be worn alone or under insulating gloves and prevent latex gloves from melting into the surface of the hand in the event of an arc fault. The gloves comply with the standards EN 407:2004 and EN 388:2003 and have been tested in accordance with IEC 61482-1-2 (class 1, test level W(LBP)=168 kJ) and IEC 61482-1-1 (ATPV 8.7 cal/cm²). Thanks to the soft and supple knitted fabric, they offer a perfect fit and feel. However, they have no insulating properties, which is why, in combination with insulating gloves, they offer the perfect protection against body penetration and thermal hazards from the arc fault. Size 9/10 weighs 400g and the gloves comply with the EN ISO 214020:2020 standard.
