Frog clamps CE, Art.No.8009 – 8054 are high-quality tools made of special galvanized steel with excellent corrosion protection. They are certified by TÜV in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and offer a high load capacity of up to 900 kg with a breaking load of 1,800 kg. The jaws are smooth-running and fitted with large rivets, the jaws are hardened and enable reliable tensioning of ropes and wires. Instructions for use, maintenance instructions and clear markings ensure safe use.

Before each use: Check all parts for distortion or misalignment; proper maintenance and field inspection is necessary
Check grip to be sure of correct type and size for the application Profile of the jaws and its teeth have to be kept always clean, dry, free of oil and grease to avoid a slipping of the wire Avoid abrupt loading
Increase tensile force slowly to avoid slipping of the wire or even damage of the teeth
Lubricate only the rivets, never the jaws. Check mechanical condition of entire grip
