- forged

- galvanized, compact sheet steel housing with 3 adjacent rollers
- Two-piece:
Each pair of pulley block has one block with, one without a rope security eye - smooth-running plastic rollers, durable brass rollers or universal iron rollers
- individual roping:
Hemp or polypropylene ropes can be ordered separately spliced.
Hemp ropes DIN EN 699 Form A
- These have the highest strength among natural fibres and can bear
loads 500 times their own weight. - Standard: 20 m long for a lifting height of approx. 2,5 m.
- Individual lifting heights:
16-ply woven multifilament yarn rope without twist for heights up to 17 m - twisted
- high strength
- advantageous due to good grip
- Other rope lengths available on request
Polypropylene ropes DIN EN 699 Form A
- These are suitable for outdoor use and are particularly resistant to acids and alkalis
- Standard: 20 m long for a lifting height of approx. 2.5 m
- Individual lifting heights:
16-strand woven multifilament yarn rope without twist for heights up to 17 m - twisted
- high strength
- advantageous due to good grip
- Other rope lengths available on request

Quality assurance measures:
According to the regulations of the professional association, the breaking load of all universal pulley blocks is at least
4x higher than the permissible working load limit.
The pulley blocks have been tested by TÜV Rheinland in Cologne.
The breaking load is checked annually by the VPA Remscheid, Germany!
Do not exceed the working load limit WLL under load!
