Stringing Rollers CE with rigid suspension hook and enclosed frame

The pull-out rollers for line construction are high-quality, TÜV-certified tools from Germany. They have a circumferential housing and a fixed suspension bracket, as well as bearings on both sides for better roller protection and higher load capacity. The castors are galvanized and have a load capacity of 200-250 kg. Item numbers 2004 and 2011 have different pulley widths and are suitable for rope diameters of 16-29 mm. The breaking load is approx. 700-1,000 kg. Before use, the castors should be checked for damage and proper function and the wing nut should be firmly tightened. The load capacity must not be exceeded.

breaking load / WLL, manufacturing month and year, type designation and DIN No.

Directions for use:
Before each use check all parts for damage.
Check the roller is correctly maintained and in serviceable condition.
