Pulley Blocks with forged safety swivel hook without rope, Art.No.1057 – 1071

  • forged
  • for quick lifting, pulling, tensioning
  • galvanized, compact sheet steel housing with 3 adjacently lying rollers
  • Two-piece: Each pulley consists of two pulley piston, one with cable eye
  • Lightweight plastic rollers, long lasting brass rollers or universal iron rollers
  • individual ropes: ropes can be ordered separately as follows:
    Enclosed, knotted and spliced
  • Ropes, 20 m long:
    Hemp Ropes DIN EN 699 Form A (Art.No.1133 to 1171) have the highest strength with natural fibers of 500 times their own weight or Polypropylene Rope DIN EN 699 Form A (1125 to 1170) which are particularly suitable for outdoor use and are resistant to acids and alkalis
  • Other rope length are available upon request
  • Please note when ordering that the specified rope diameter for pulley block and rope is the same.
  • On request we will take over the assembly and splicing of the ropes for you.

The Tools are certified by TÜV according to ISO 9001: 2008.

All Hosts are stamped with the CE-symbol, as well as with:
breaking load / WLL, Width of sheave and manufacturing year

Please note:

– Check Pulleys operability prior to each use
– Do not walk under suspended loads
– Contribute to the prevention of hand injuries gloves

Quality assurance measures:

After provision of the professional association the ultimate load is at all universal pulleys least
4x higher than the nominal load.
The hoists have been tested by TÜV Rheinland in Cologne.
Every year, the breaking load is controlled by the VPA, Remscheid!

Not exceed under load bearing capacity WWL!
