The 1/4″ socket is a high-quality and versatile tool that is forged from chrome vanadium steel and oil-hardened.
It has a 2-color multi-layer insulation that is manufactured in Germany.
The insert is manufactured in accordance with DIN 7448 and has a hexagonal 1/4″ square drive with internal grooves to accommodate locking devices.
It is also tested and certified in accordance with the EN 60900:2012 / IEC 60900:2012 standard
and therefore suitable for working on live parts up to 1,000 volts.
The insulating plastic complies with the REACH regulation and passes the latest PAH test.
The socket wrench insert has the 1000V symbol and the double triangle or VDE symbol.
